In the event of a conflict between the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service, the terms applicable in the Privacy Policy will prevail. Capitalized terms not defined in the Privacy Policy have the meanings established in the Terms of Service.

We are committed to maintaining robust privacy protections for individuals using Our Services. If you are a representative of a company, you may choose to identify yourself with your Company Name. If any data we have about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you can change it through the web or mobile app within Our Services or by contacting us directly.

3.2) Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

To become a Member of any of Our Services, you are not required to submit any Personal Information other than your email address and name. Additional Personal Information is not required afterward.

However, to enhance the quality of the Service, we track information your browser or mobile device provides to us, such as the website you came from (known as the “referring URL”), the type of browser you use, the device you connect from, the date and time of access, and other information that does not personally identify you. We track this information using cookies or small text files that include a unique anonymous identifier. We do not use cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies to store Personal Information. Some Internet browsers may be configured to send “Do Not Track” signals to online services you visit. We may use persistent and session cookies. Persistent cookies remain on your computer or any other device after you close your session until you delete them or they automatically expire. Session cookies expire when you close your browser.

4) How and Why We Use Your Personal Data

4.1) Personal Information

We do not sell or trade Your Personal Information to third parties without your consent, nor do we share Your Personal Information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. We share Personal Information with vendors who provide services to us. For example, we share your email address with a third-party provider to send emails on our behalf. Vendors cannot use Your Personal Information unless explicitly instructed by us.

Please note that Your Personal Information will be transmitted to servers residing in the United States for some services provided by our vendors.

Generally, the Personal Information you provide helps us communicate with you and improve Our Services. For example, we may use Your Personal Information to respond to your inquiries, request feedback, provide technical support, and proactively notify you of promotional offers or activities you might perform on Our Service.

Your use of Our Services means your Content and Activity on the platform may not be completely anonymous. When you contribute to the site, your approximate location (based on your current IP address) is saved and may need to be shared under disciplinary or legal circumstances.

Certain features in Our Services may enable you and your company’s Members to analyze, view, display, and ultimately share Personal Information linked to the Content or Activity you perform. For example, a report may show a specific Member as the one who has created the most ideas.

Other specific uses of Your Personal Information include:

  • Facilitating account creation and login processes. If you link your account with a third party (e.g., Google or Facebook), we use the information you permit us to collect from those third parties to streamline account creation and login processes.
  • Sending business and promotional communications. If You are a “Client,” we or our marketing partners may use Personal Information for marketing purposes, according to your preferences. You can opt out of receiving marketing emails at any time.
  • Sending administrative information. We may use Your Personal Information to notify you about products, services, new features, and updates to our terms, conditions, and policies.

This Privacy Policy does not restrict how we use or disclose Non-Personal Information, and we reserve the right to use and disclose such Non-Personal Information to our partners, advertisers, and other third parties at our discretion.

Our servers are located in the United States. If you access Our Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred, stored, and processed in the United States or other locations where our vendors operate.

5.6) Business Transfers

Note that content you publish may remain on the Sites even if you stop using the Sites or we terminate your access to the Sites.

7) How We Protect Information

We implement reasonable security measures designed to protect Your information from unauthorized access. Your account is secured through two mechanisms:

  1. Account password: We urge you to take steps to keep your Personal Information secure by not disclosing your password and logging out of your account after each use.
  2. Phone verification: Using text message verification, we urge you not to allow third parties to use your mobile phone.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, allows our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about the categories of Personal Information (if any) disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared Personal Information in the immediately preceding calendar year. We may communicate with you via electronic means (e.g., SMS, chat, emails), postal mail, and phone calls.

Our Services will not send you third-party marketing materials. If you choose to contact Our Customer Support, we reserve the right to write to you, call you, or contact you otherwise.

We may forward notifications about activities in any of Our Services that we deem relevant to you, such as email notifications or Push Notifications. Examples of such activities include when someone likes an idea you have posted or when you are invited to an organization or team. You can opt out of some of these notifications by adjusting notification settings with our Support team.

We may send you news about products, contests, or useful information about using our product that we consider relevant to your use of Our Services. You can opt out of receiving these communications by contacting our Support team.
